Statement Conflict Minerals

For our customer – listed on American stock exchange – we do check our supply chain in intervals, whether conflict minerals are used for the production of the components, units etc. supplied to us, respectively are needed for the function.

Our statements are based exclusively on our sub suppliers information, per our knowledge neither our units nor our components do contain any conflict materials.

For the presentation we use the standard Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT)

Other details, such as kind of conflict minerals, areas of mining, further processing steps etc. can be seen at the American Dodd Franc act.
